Nuzlocke challenge

I'm currently in the middle of a fire red nuzlocke challenge, and was wondering, where do I end it? is it after I beat my rival after he becomes champ, or after I completely disband team rocket, or I've even heard after beating Mewtwo, but that was for the original first gen games

I'm currently in the center of a flame red nuzlocke task, and was thinking, where do I end it? is it after I defeat my competing after he becomes champion, or after I absolutely disband group explode, or I've even observed after defeating Mewtwo, but that was for the unique first gen games

You know the rule for the Nuzlocke Challenge, where you can only catch the first Pokemon in each area? I was wondering, does this apply in the beginning? For example, if you are going to a designated place in the beginning of the game, when you are not allowed a chance to get Pokeballs, and you come across a Pokemon, are you allowed to go and catch a Pokemon there once you are allowed to obtain them? What do you think?
