-Elite needs some work in what way? If you beat all 8 Leaders, then you can challenge the Elite (who have a wider range of pokemon and are better than the leaders) and...

Leaders and elite are supposed to be the best ...
so, it won't be easy to beat all of them ...

i prefer that each leader shall give each challenger the prefered timing in which he could battle
or ... each challenger could ask the leader for the time of a battle ...

when i said 3/4 pokemons
i thought that the leaders will probably have high lv pokemons
such as Lv70/80 and maybe more
so challengers will probably have difficulty facing these pokemons

but idk...
